Pat is CEO of Northwest Physician Network, an independent practice association in Tacoma, Washington. She has worked in health care finance and administration for over 30 years. NPN has now created a community foundation to serve Tacoma, giving back to the community what the community has given to NPN.

N.S. "Nat" Penrose, Jr., Treasurer

Nat, age 75, is retired. He was a bank executive with Peoples National Bank from 1955 to 1983 and president of Business Telephone Systems, Inc. from 1983 to 1998. He is a Commissioner of The Highlands Sewer District, a Trustee of Franciscan Medical Group, Tacoma, and a Member of the Finance Committee of Franciscan Health System, Tacoma. He is also a Trustee of Seattle Children's Home, and Washington Hospital Services and a Director of Shoreline Bank.

Pamela is a naturopathic physician licensed In Washington State.  Currently, Dr. Snider is the Executive and Senior Editor of the Foundations of Naturopathic Medicine Project, an in-depth textbook on the philosophy and theory of naturopathic medicine and its practical applications.  She also is Vice Chair of the Integrated Healthcare Policy Consortium, which advocates public policy that improves access to the full range of healthcare systems as well as works to direct the national health care policy agenda towards health promotion and improved public health.

Terri is an Associate Professor on the Nursing Faculty at Seattle University. Prior to her appointment at Seattle University, she was on the nursing faculty at Yale University School of Nursing and a provider in the School’s Faculty Midwifery Practice at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Her professional focus is on the health care needs for the underserved and vulnerable populations.  She was a finalist with Gerry Tracy in "Build an American Health System” Contest.

  

Terry Rogers, MD, FACP

Dr. Rogers has held numerous leadership positions in health care and held a private practice of medicine for 15 years.  He currently serves as Medical Director, Lakeside‐Milam Recovery Center and Providence ElderPlace in addition to his role as CEO of the Foundation.  He is a Member of the American Thoracic Society and the American Lung Association of the Northwest.  Dr. Rogers graduated from Cornell Medical School and completed his residency in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease at the University of Washington where he now also serves as a Clinical Professor of Medicine.
